Dr. Fareen Koorjee graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. She went on to complete her medical degree at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and her residency in Family Medicine at Pasadena Natural Family Health.

Dr. Sara Koorjee graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She went on to complete her medical degree at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine with the highest honors.
Trishia Pernes
Administrative Assistant
Trishia is a licensed Physical Therapist and has worked in many different capacities as a HIPAA-certified medical virtual assistant. She has extensive medical administrative experience working in busy medical office settings. She is dedicated, hardworking, and reliable and provides high quality patient support bridging the gap between administrative and clinical needs. As a medical virtual assistant, she draws on her in-depth medical knowledge and varied work experience to provide administrative support for patients at Medical Institute of Integrative Wellness.
